Who provides the product
Dual Subtitles & Shadowing for Netflix is developed and provided by Dooo5, an individual developer (“we”). It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Netflix or Google.
By installing the extension or adding a VIP code you agree to these terms. If you buy VIP, the Sales and refunds section also applies.
Free features and VIP
Bilingual subtitles — track selection, style, position and timing offset — are free and need no sign-in. Sentence replay, previous and next sentence, end-of-sentence pause, loops, slow replay, keyboard shortcuts, lookup and pronunciation require an active VIP. They can be tried free once a day for 15 minutes that run continuously from when you click Start trial, including while paused, with smaller limits for trial lookups.
A VIP code is your only credential: keep it safe, and do not resell or publicly share it. One VIP can register up to two devices, and one device can use VIP features at a time. When two devices are registered, adding another one replaces the least recently used device after you confirm; each VIP allows 3 replacements per 365 days, after which you need to contact support. If you lose your code, contact support with your purchase record.
Monthly, quarterly and yearly periods start when the code is added, and several codes stack. VIP codes are currently issued by invitation or by the operator.
Sales and refunds
Online purchase is not open yet and no payments are collected at present. The terms in this section will apply to purchases made after online purchase opens.
Prices. US$4 per month, US$11 per quarter (3 months) or US$42 per year, in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT may be added depending on your location; the final amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
Seller. Dooo5 is the developer and provider of Dual Subtitles & Shadowing for Netflix. Once online purchase opens, our order process will be conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which will be the Merchant of Record for all our orders and will handle payments, taxes, invoices and payment-related support. Google is not the seller and does not process these payments. Purchases will also be subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
Delivery. After payment, your device becomes VIP and a VIP code for the purchase is shown in Membership and emailed to the billing address, so you can use it on another device or after reinstalling.
Automatic renewal. VIP bought online is a subscription. It renews automatically for another month, quarter or year at the end of each billing period, and the renewal payment is taken then, until you cancel. If the price changes, you will be notified before the new price applies and, where the law requires it, asked for your consent.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time in Membership in the extension, or through Paddle’s customer portal at paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep VIP until then and will not be charged again. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period.
Refunds. You can request a full refund within 3 days of a payment, including a renewal payment, in Membership or by emailing support@dooo5.com. Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method; we cannot pay refunds directly. Later requests are handled under Paddle’s Refund Policy and applicable law, and your local law may give you a longer right to withdraw or obtain a refund — for example 14 days in the EU, EEA, Switzerland and the UK. These rights are not affected by our policy. Full details are in our Refund policy.

Responsible use
Keep your VIP code private. Do not sell or share VIP access, automate abusive requests, evade quotas, or attempt to access another device account. We may restrict access, for example by stopping a code from adding devices, to protect the service and investigate abuse.
Use the extension only with Netflix access and subtitle content you are entitled to use. The extension does not supply a Netflix subscription or permission to redistribute films or subtitles.
Availability and accuracy
Playback and subtitle integration can be affected by browser or Netflix changes. Available subtitle languages depend on the title and your Netflix account.
AI explanations and speech may contain errors. They support language practice and should not be relied on for professional advice. Features and technical limits may change as the product develops.
Your data, unlinking and deletion
In Membership you can export this device account’s data, or unlink this device and clear its data, at any time. To delete a VIP’s data while it is active, contact us with your purchase record or VIP code.
We may restrict or close accounts that break these terms, for example by sharing or reselling access.
Changes and your rights
We will announce material changes to these terms, or to how personal data is handled, through the extension or these pages. Changes to prices or subscription terms do not affect a billing period you have already paid for.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be excluded.
